SunTouch 24 allows account access by internet or touch-tone® telephone anytime from anywhere.

Easy, Quick and Safe Access
You can handle a variety of transactions as easy step-by-step menus and instructions guide you through each transaction. All you need is a internet access or a touch-tone® phone, your member account number, account suffix numbers (found on a recent statement or transaction receipt) and the confidential, Personal Identification Number (PIN) you individually select when you sign-up to use SunTouch 24.

A No-Charge Service
Besides being quick, safe, and easy to use, SunTouch 24 is absolutely FREE for for active checking account holders, minors and members signed up for the eStatement. With no long line to wait in and no charges, SunTouch 24 is one of the most convenient means to access your Sun Federal account(s).

Use SunTouch 24 To:

• Make balance inquiries on Share (savings), Share Draft (checking), Cash Management, Holiday/Vacation Club, Certificates, and Loans (including your VISA)
• Verify check clearings, the amount of your last deposit or account history

• View & Print Cleared Check Images – click on Share Draft History, then the actual check number

• Transfer money within your account (including loan payments), or make authorized member-to-member transfers
• Pay your Sun Federal VISA ScoreCard bill
• Withdraw funds by check
• Advance funds from your Line of Credit
• Change your confidential PIN

*Member must have an active checking account (at least one transaction/month, AND use the ATM Visa Check Card (three times/month), OR the Visa Platinum Credit Card (once/month). All members age 65 or better with active checking and SunTouch are also eligible. Otherwise, the first two months are free. After that, Bill Payment is $5.50 Per Month and includes 20 transactions each month.
