This scholarship was established to honor the memory of Maria Fanelli Levine and her legacy. The trustees of the Maria Fanelli Levine Memorial Trust Scholarship are proud to offer the scholarship to Sun Federal Credit Union members or their children. Three scholarships (1-$1,500, 1-$1,000, 1-$500) will be awarded to a member or their child who is a qualified high school senior or current college student. The scholarship will be awarded for expenses related to attending any accredited college or university.
Maria Fanelli Levine was a valuable employee of Sun Federal Credit Union for 13 years. She took great pride in working as the Accounting Manager and enjoyed leading the people who worked with and for her. Maria passed away in October of 1997. She is remembered as a warm, giving, humble person. Her smile, silent strength and integrity have guided many in their big and little endeavors.
